On The Road Again

So far this season our boys have not yet had a home game so hence the title On The Road Again.
Score Bees 50 Huddersfield 12

Both teams slightly down on numbers due to school holidays. Despite this Bees came out of the blocks the fastest using the speed of Tom Oddy out wide to open the scoring. This set the platform for the lads who, on the back of a tough couple of weeks, seemed to be enjoying the game. A number of tries followed from Alvero, Henry even the forwards, Bentos and Kyle adding their names to the score sheet.

Great result for the lads especially having had a number of key players unavailable. Well done.
So boys lets work from this win and build from it in training, we still need you all down every week to work on the development of this team, as we have seen so far this season we are still a relatively small side to the ones we are coming up against on the field so need to work doubly hard in training, also to keep up the high standard we set our selves last season as being the best team in the district.
Again a big thank you to our parents for there support and getting the lads to all the away games we are having at the moment, its hard enough getting up on a Sunday morning but to get up and travel Thank You All.
Another big test next Sunday away yet again to Roundhegians.
