BEES BIG EFFORT...

Big is how the game started and ended. This was by far the biggest game the U11s had to deal with some massive defending and strategic tackling. All the players put in a great effort, but Cleckheatons physical advantage was too much for the BEEs. None the less the BEEs spirit remained in tact throughout the game and the players performed well. Great defensive and attacking from our latest recruit, Charlie Savage - and some incredible, this is how you tackle, from George Williams. Jacob Dawson-Watts performed a tackle to stop a try; and the mighty Curly took on Cleakheaton with some fine attacking and defending throughout the game. Great play from all - Nathaniel Nix; Nathan Hogg - great attacking moves; Josh Cottrell - pushed up a couple of times with some fine mauling in the second half; despite being rolled over by Cleakheaton's giant, Harry Whitehead managed to keep an amazing rugby spirit; Kieran Wadby our latest recruit started to show some positive attacking and Thomas DB defended and attacked like an international.
