Despite the rain which initially threatened a postponement to the Cancer Support Yorkshire Firewalk on Sunday 19th March, around 40 brave souls marched across the burning coals to raise money for the charity.
Once the rain and wind subsided, the organisers decided everything was safe to proceed, so after an hours training the intrepid walkers made the short walk from the warmth of the club house to the intense heat of the firewalk.
Four current Bees players were part of the group and are pictured here - three of our Colts and their coach, Richard Tafa.
Well done to all concerned.
The Bees will be hosting other events in support of our nominated Charity in the coming months, so please watch out for news of these events.
