We have had two rather unfortunate seasons on the bounce. The first ravaged by COVID and the second, hugely impacted by the after-effects of the Pandemic, was our worst-ever season at Senior Level. So we are still aiming to bounce back this season and we need your support to do that.

This year, we are mandated by the RFU to manage all our membership through the RFU’s Game Management System (GMS). Yes, there will be protestations that this is just the RFU gathering data they can sell on. to the highest bidder; Twickenham assures us that this is not the case and they are simply providing a system to help the member clubs of the RFU better manage their membership, players and other contacts.

It is also the system that the RFU uses to allocate international tickets, so it is in our interest to boost the numbers on GMS.

The Junior Section have been successfully using the system for over two seasons and we are now looking to roll it out across the whole club.

If you have never used the system, it is very simple to register, set up an account, connect to the Club, and then buy membership online. Just in case anyone worries, all monies paid through this system come to the Club. (minus a small transaction fee, which is cheaper than alternative payment providers)

The system creates a profile that you control, allowing you to allow or deny communications and control your own data, and it reduces the administration needed on the Club's side. As a Club, there are only so many jobs the current volunteer pool can do over a season.

We would therefore ask you to go to

and if you have never used GMS before, select “create new account”.

When you attempt to register, if the system tells you that your email address or details are already in use, it is possible that the Club have previously registered you. If this is the case, return to the login screen and click “forgot password”.

This should send you an email that allows you to reset your password and give you access.

Of course, if you are au fait with GMS, then login and buy your season's membership.
