Otley fielded two internationals at 9 & 8 and must have fancied their chances of getting the Bees monkey off their back after 5 straight wins for Bees 2nd team against their fiercest of rivals.
Otley seemed in control of the match and surged ahead with three tries scored following a some slick forward play in the first 25 minutes. Rob Balmforth had touched down early in the match and when Matthew Robinson scored before half time it was clear this was going to be contest between Otley's forwards and Bees backs with all to play for in the second half.
Jack Malthouse moved Bees into a lead soon after the restart and then two further tries from Matt Robinson and James Morton confirmed that the Bees backs would win the contest.
Great result puts Bees second in the table to Sandal.
