This coming weekend, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th December, we hope to get the Christmas season off with a bang, with a triple header of Xmas frollicking and the added interest of a First XV game against Morpeth.

Let's Start with Saturday...Before the Morpeth game we have the Club's traditional Christmas lunch, at which Christmas Jumpers are almost compulsory. It is a 2.15pm kick off, but as we have to sing every verse of the 23 days of Christmas before the game, we will be getting the bar open by 11.30 I would hope.

We are proving mulled wine, mince pies, the odd glass of sherry, a lunch, the game, and all sorts of carrying on for £20 per head. Then...For anyone with the stamina to keep ploughing on into the night we will be having a party at night with a band, a dj and food...the night time knees up will cost £10.
