Additional Security for Bingley Music Live Campers

Unfortunately we will have to increase our Security measures next weekend...

With the busiest weekend in the club's calendar fast approaching, we must warn club members and visitors that the security around our Wagon Lane site will be visibly increased and only those with the correct wristbands will be allowed onto the site after 6.30pm each night from Friday 1st September through to Sunday 3rd September.

If you are not a camper, but would like to come down the Rugby Club on Friday, Saturday or Sunday night all you need to do is visit the club between now and Thursday next week to pick up a wristband from the Bar and you will be allowed access to the club's grounds as normal.

This year we are employing independent security staff so they will not know who you are, so any claim that you have been a member for years will not get you in, unfortunately, as we have to look after 2,000 paying guests on the site.

Conversely, anyone who has a free wristband which allows you onto the site will not be allowed access to camping, the members and guests wristbands allow you access to the club house and other bars.

The club committee would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience these measures may cause, but hope that club members understand that we cannot afford not to protect the club and those camping on our grounds in this way for the Bingley Music Live weekend.
